Native approach
The Claude app for iOS and Android can start cloud sessions or drive a session on your computer through Remote Control, from its Code tab. Both require a claude.ai account; Remote Control needs the host to stay on.

Does the agent run on my phone?
No. The Claude app and these tools are clients for a session that runs on another machine or in the cloud.
Can I turn off the host computer?
Not for a local or Remote Control session. Cloud sessions continue with your computer off.
